Eastern yellow robin, Eopsaltria australis

Eastern yellow robins fly from perch to perch, sometimes clinging onto the trunks of trees while scanning the ground below for possible prey. A very common species in rainforest and wet forest types, their conspicuous yellow breast stands out from the surrounding vegetation.
